William is the principal photographer and videographer behind photo.vi, with over 25 years of experience shooting luxury resorts around the world. He was recently featured on the Discovery Channel for a week-long series highlighting the Virgin Islands, and his work is published internationally in travel magazines including National Geographic.
For four years he served as staff photographer at Sea Island Resorts in Georgia.
William brings an insider's understanding of luxury hospitality and fine dining, having previously worked as Culinary Department Trainer at The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne, and holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
Today he is CEO of Mango Media, a boutique marketing agency based in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands.

As the photographer, web developer, and marketing lead behind The Gourmet Vacation, Torrillo's trips to Croatia weren't just about photographing a beautiful country — they were deeply personal journeys of discovery. Having spent so much of his life capturing the Caribbean, he found in Croatia a new source of inspiration: a place that, like the Virgin Islands, balances natural splendor with a rich cultural tapestry.
